BOSS: Self Defense Class

Come learn how to defend yourself when you need to, how to avoid certain situations and meet new people. This is a 90-minute MMA-style self defense class. This will be held at Briggs Academy of MMA. Open to BOSS Soldiers, ages 18+only.
