String Fling

Fort Bliss MWR will be giving away free kites to the first 250 people. Take your kites over to Noel Parade Field to fly, food trucks will be available on-site. Kites will be given out at Old Fort Bliss Replica starting at 11 a.m. until supplies last.

Enter a drawing for a chance to win larger kites! Winners will be notified and announced Monday, April 12.
